At Upstate Prosthetics, we are proud to be a locally owned and independent orthotics and prosthetics company dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care throughout the Upstate region and surrounding communities. For over 40 years, founder Jeff Sanders has devoted himself to refining his craft, building meaningful relationships with patients, and assembling a highly experienced team that shares the same commitment to quality care and exceptional service.

Unlike large corporate healthcare providers, we believe patients deserve personalized attention, honest communication, and the time needed to fully understand their unique challenges and goals. Our patients are never rushed through appointments or treated like just another number. We take the time to listen, evaluate concerns carefully, and develop customized solutions that truly work for each individual. Our mission is simple — provide the right equipment, the right fit, and the right care to help improve quality of life and restore confidence and mobility.

To better serve our patients, our staff offers both in-office appointments and mobile care services. We evaluate, cast, measure, and fit orthotic and prosthetic devices in rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and even in the comfort of a patient’s home. We work closely alongside therapists and healthcare teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for every patient we serve.
